    Yami Qsts

Anyone remove the stock Qsts? I never use it on our inland lakes and saw best speed at neutral. How did you keep it at neutral if you removed it?

I really never saw a reason to remove, even though I rarely ever use it,it can come in handy at rather odd times.

You could ditch the grip and cables at the piece in the front left corner then drill a hole in that black plastic wheel and the plate below it and pin it in place so it doesn't move

I think many would consider it hacking it,but its the best solution I can come up with and nobody else posted how to,but I don't see much harm in pinning the wheel

This can be used to eliminate the twist grip QSTS
    Auto Trim Nozzle

Another member once mentioned that you could just disconnect the trim cable and let the nozzle hang there. He claims (and it somewhat makes since) that the nozzle will automatically center itself to the jet stream of water coming out the reduction nozzle when the engine is running. Many member chimed in worrying that the nozzle would flop around but he claims it works just fine for him. Thats a free idea/solution that might work.

My son just did this to his GPR. Installed the auto trim drop nozzle...adjusted the nozzle to the neutral position and the drop at 5 degrees. He likes it a lot.
He was going to hook the QSTS up, but the 'special adapter nut' for the end of the QSTS cable was missing...so if anyone has one of them that they're not going to use, I'll buy that part for sure.
