    2006 rxt stuck starter

Something keeps running when I take key out, I think it's my starter. Can someone tell me how to diagnose this? Like when it's doing it, maybe have my meter ready and check voltage at relay or solenoid or something?

you need to provide a bit more...if it was the starter..there would be no doubt..the only other things could be a bilge pump installed by some hack..or perhaps the fuel pump.

some audio would help identify it pretty quick..otherwise go buy a mechanics stethscope for a few bucks and listen to the rear of the engine block ( starer) or on top of the fuel tank ( fuel pump)

    I'd bet the fuel pump.
