    update:

According the Seadoo manual there is suppose to be 12v at the plug for each coil when you put the DESS key in. I dont have that the manual says replace the MPEM . Can this be correct?????

Joe if you dont run the VTS system the beeper is going to dive you crazy until I figure out how to fool the computer into thinking is there.

As I recall he had it sitting in there and connected but it was not active, not connected to the pump. so it must have been connected to the puter.

Can you hear the fuel pump when the dess key is inserted?
Did you check for corosion under the plug wires?
Have you checked all of the mpem fuses?
Have you checked to make sure all the fuses are installed?
Have you checked for corosion on the contacts and connectors on the mpem and going to the mpem?
