    looking at skis. need help

Ask them for a test ride. I rode a VX deluxe and new within about 10 seconds the ski was not for me. Not saying they are bad just underpowered vs what I am use to. As for price that's hard to say without seeing the skis and knowing your marketplace better.

Those skis are barely broken in.....and will last forever if taken care of.....they run in the low 50 mph range and can go all day on a tank of fuel....if speed or modding is your thing , Id look at different skis.................

We love our 2011 VX Deluxe. For what they are it does very well. With my wife and I aboard ( 350lbs ) it runs 48mph on GPS, just me 54mpg. Mods...there are a few low buck mods.

Handling... I tried to throw it around like I did my ol 95 SD XP,nose piros... Nope. This VX corners very well.

Great skis and the price is very fair, I say get them. I put 254hrs on my VX when I sold it and it was running like new.

About the only way to get them to kinda snap around is to turn one way a little then hard back the other way. Hard to hold on doing that above 30-35 mph
