    Yamaha gp1300r HELP!!!

I have a 2003 yamaha gp1300r, about 10 minutes of riding, the check engine light comes on with an error code 19. Error code 19 is incorrect battery voltage. It rides fine until I shut off the engine, then when I try to turn it back on, the battery is dead. I have a feeling that the battery isnt being charged while riding. I checked the fuse's and one was blown. It was the purple one on top, it was 3 amps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the regulator is going bad.
