seadoo hx Issues. Bottom end full of fuel??

Hello and thanks in advance for any input!

I purchased a seadoo hx it wouldn't start when i went to see it but gambled and bought it anyway, Price was right. Anyway i got it home and removed the spark plugs and rotated the engine at the PTO. It turns over smooth but i could hear a sloshing sound from the engine. I pulled the air filter and head off and pushed the pistons up and down by hand. from what i can tell fuel pushed up through the carbs. Is this the result of a very flooded engine or am i looking at more serious issues?? Thanks!

sounds like time to rebuild carbs ,needle & seat leaking fuel .when you do get kits be aware that N/S do not come in kits also they have a number on them for difference size holes

Since i havent even heard it run, I would like to at least see if the ski runs before tearing into everything. I rolled the ski on its side and let all the liquid run out. Do i need to take any precautions because of all that gas that was in the bottom end before trying to start it? Thanks
