    07 RXP (rpm ?)

Hey guys what's up, new to the site. Just purchased my ski about 1 month ago. What should be the max rpm for my ski? It's hitting 7,650 cluster says 70mph. Does the cluster go any higher than 70? Also here are the mods I have.

    X charger
    4" fizzle intake
    Rd grate
    42lb injectors
    Catch can
    Had riva bov kit
(just put greddy type s bov)
    * problem is I don't recall the rpm that I hit with the riva bov (plastic)*
: worried that I'm leaking boost because of bov adjustment)
Don't know if it's too tight or too loose...
ANY ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED THANKS!

remove the bov, 7650 isnt great, what prop?
red limitier is 8200 and the speedo stops at 112km or 70mph.

Stock prop? You should be on the limiter hard. BOV usually is just a boost leaker the SD SCer doesn't need it.JMO.

OK, SO I TIGHTENED THE BOV AND STILL AT THE SAME RPM'S I GOT BEAT BY A KAWASAKI 3 SEATER SUPERCHARGED (STOCK) .

ITS STILL AT 7600 TO 7650. CAN THERE BE ANYTHING ELSE WRONG??? I'VE ONLY HAD THE SKI FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW, VERY FRUSTRATING...

get rid of the bov, check your wear ring, and prop for damage, get used to being beat by a kawi's, I have an 06 with et-137 wheel, the RRFPR-the EX-IC- the valve train upgrade-the rotax racing ECU -innovate AFR gauge- rear air-15-20 prop--S/S wear ring-bla-bla bla,
I am set up for limited racing IJSBA closed course buoy racing and the stock Kawi 300 skis with minimum mods beat me and the X skis all day long on 8 laps races,
My ski goes 76-78 in race trim and the Kawi's that I race are about 75-78 mph,
but on the starting line the get the jump and the hole shot with there quickness off the line with the roots style blower for a super charger,
you have to have some serious mods to beat a almost stock Kawi 300,
I have some new tricks up my sleeve for next year racing, and hopefully I will have them beat,

Check to make sure that you are getting a TRUE 100% throttle open...
Is the waterbox stock? It could be corking up...
History on the X SC....could be slipping...

    Where are you located?

Will remove bov and test it. If it still has low rpm will continue to check what you said... Thank you!
