what gauge size wiring for 785 xp

Hi, I'm working on a new wiring harnas for my 1996 seadoo xp.
I want to buy the weatherproof plugs and deutsche plugs. But what I want to know is what gauge is the O.E.M. wiring?
And also who has done this already?

20-18 are the most common connector sizes - although you will need 14-16 connectors also

If you look at the terminal crimp tabs - you will notice notches in the tabs - 20-18 terminals have 2 notches (or 3 tangs- depending on how you look at it)
