    RXPX 260 issue

    Hello,i have 53h on my 2012 rxpx and i have just broke the pump venturi,the parts number 21 on this microfish
    http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....e=13&A=26&B=14

    one of the 4 screw was lost ,and it just broke one side,bud when i arrived to the harbor the hull was full of water?THE LEVEL OF WATER WAS AT THE ENGINE MONTS

    Do you think the water can go in the hull by the 2 tube ?

    And do you think its cover by the garentie?

    Could just be that the bolt backed out because it was not torqued properly from the factory. Once the siphon tubes open up pump pressure can push water in the hull. They only work with the exits in the right spot to create the siphon.

    But yeah I would check the pump out.

    visually,only the venturi has a BIG crack, it was possible for me to make 10km (slowly)for going to the harbor,but the sterring was not verry good,the ski goes to the left and to the right....

    THE ski can go to 8000RPM but the speed was 45 mph
    but i can see that when the venturi crack the 2 tube who normaly drain the hull make the hull full of water! its not verry good !

    I agree... however he stated that he "just broke the pump venturi". How in the heck did he do that? At what degree of damage? Or did he just lose a bolt and forced water back to his bailers?

    yes, there is a venturi bolt unscrewed, I think that's why it's broken, but it's not torn, it just cracked;

    there are also small cracks around the outlet of the exhaust, really very small, just the gelcoat
