Check the returns in the carbs. They are small and clog. I chased a problem for few weeks last summer and thats what it was. Sounds similarvto your situation.

    A few things to check:

    - Do a compression check... what are the numbers?
    - Do you have a strong spark on each wire?
    - Did this just start happening? A swapped cable on the PV motor will do this too. (opening when should be closing, vice versa).

On the trailer, start the motor for a few seconds, then off. The PV servo should cycle. Is this what you mean with "-they cycle when ski is shut off"?
