1995 SL750 wont start - stumped big time!

I have a 1995 SL750 that won't start. Basically it went from running perfect to not starting over a weekend. It has spark at the plug boot and at the electrod with plug removed. It has plenty of fuel flow at the fuel supply line at the carb connection. I primed the cards directly with no fire. When i got this ski it was in storage so i rebuilt the carbs, installed a new three outlet fuel pump, all new fuel lines, dumped out the fuel tank and started with fresh gas, installed new seadoo fuel valve, New seadoo filler neck and gas cap new fuel filter, etc. Its been running like a champ and then one day won't start. The compression is 121, 124, 122. I also put in new plugs just for good measure. I'm at a total loss at what to look for next to figure this out! Any help would be great.

Flooded? If your compression is still as stated, you have spark, and sounds like plenty of fuel, including the fuel you just dumped in, I would think about it being flooded......

Did you turn the fuel selector valve off during storage?

If you crank the engine with all the spark plugs out, do you get a spray of fuel out the plug holes?

Check battery voltage while cranking. I know you said you had spark, but a borderline battery can lose spark when a spark plug is reinstalled after testing with the spark plug removed. Battery voltage must be well over 10.6 volts or you will not have spark.

I took the plugs out and turned the engine over and some minor spray was observed. I blew the chambers out with comrpessed air and put everything back together and still didn't start. Battery is about 4 months old. I'm getting about 11.2 volts under start load. How strong should the spark be? Its blue put it doesn't appear to be as strong as a cars ignition

Was it running when it was put away?

Put all the spark plugs in and connect one plug wire to a spare spark plug. See if you have strong spark with the starte cranking against full compression load.

Check ignition timing. Perhaps the flywheel has come loose on the crankshaft.

Indexing too - perhaps all that cranking with a potentially flooded engine knocked the crank out of phase....? I don't get any spray out of my plug holes when turning the engine over. Maybe you should pull the carbs and reeds and have a look in the bottom of the crankcase....

I'm probably just going to part this ski out. I just bought two new skis for my wife and I.
