It may just be me but I blew up the pics on my iPad and I don't see how "sandpaper" will take those dings out. I'm a little scared to invest in them and have to pay 200.00 to have someone recut them. I will look again and send them to a few people and get their opinions

exactly all they really are is dings. just knock down the edges to smooth the dome out alitte and it would be good to go the dings would still be there but you wouldnt have to worry about any contact issues ya know. for something as minor as that it would be common practice for most shops to do the same thing. ofcoarse they would make the customer aware first but that dome would not need to be rechambered. ive done the samething im telling you on my old 701 motor and 2 of my quads. never had an issue. if your hesitant seek advice from maybe o'side or one of the moderators and see what they say. just offering thats all.

I will sell you a set of cut heads to your spec for $400 + shipping, Riva or R&D both are the same only difference is the logo on top. I have Black painted ones, or Raw bead blasted ones you can paint any color you want.

cutting the heads is gonna give you even more compression then a std riva will have, giving you power but putting more strain on the crank, not sure how much a stock bottom end can hold im sure o'side will know. i cleaned up that dome pm me your number and ill send u pics of the clean up

Not quite accurate on the cut heads. I cut them to the desired CC on a CNC these are not "decked" heads they are completely cut squish band and all.
