AS IS Suspension hull Supercharger removal

I did a search and checked the FAQ's but didnt see anything. Has anyone done a How to on this? I assume you have to remove the top part of the hull to get to the supercharger. My buddies AS just went over the 100 hour mark and he wants to look at pulling the supercharger himself to sent to Jerry

The bolts on the center rear area all need to come out.
Then hook a small lifting device( I used a small engine hoist) to the rear tow hook.
Lift it enough to get all the middle layer bolts that hold engine cover on.
Then undo the suspension bolts on the not so stainless steel plate the has the spring underneath.
Once all that's loose then lift the top layers up from the rear of the ski up with ur lifting device.
I had to do this on my 09 gtx I S limited 255 about 10 times.
Don't take the front loose at all it stays hooked up.
In and out for a hose clamp breaking in around 1 hour with assistance

Yes its a pain in the ASS!!!
1st time getting IN took 2.5 hrs by my self.
LABOR IN AND OUT WAS AROUND 5-6 HRS ON THE 1st try.
Yes its not a worker friendly environment but its a stealerships golden goose when you come in and BEND OVER for a simple hose clamp or charger rebuild.

While its open for the supercharger service check and tighten or replace all your hose clamps.
Also do anything else that needs to be done.
I never unhooked the steering or put wood blocks up front under the lid.
    That's just extra work.
I also only hooked to the rear of the ski never to the steering area.
    My guages stayed in
This is also why I bought a suspension model with a blown motor for $2500

+1, What an awesome machine, but... BTW, the video instructor said "remove" 12 times and we still didn't get to the go-fast part!

not to be off subject what is your new ski running speed wise? was it worth it?
you were chasing speed with your older ski, now that you have upgraded what do you think??

Ride is awesome. It is slower bone stock than my 06, but I was chasing fast and it was expensive. I was running 67 - 68 stock. It is fast out of the hole thats for sure. I bought a tuner and I am going to put the 8350 beta tune in I am getting a Prop Friday add a grate and a Riva intake kit and thats it... I think from what I have read 74 -75 and reliable. I say thats it, but speed is addicting LOL

I think you can get to the engine from under the seat if I remember right. Just have to remove the whole top off if you are doing any serious work. Correct me if I am wrong though
