60's may not quite cut it for 20 psi. I am running 80's with an Et race I was told 60's would require a ton more fuel pressure and still may be lean at wot

what fuel pressure you running. I was running 60 with the rotax racing ecu with a ET race. Then I changed to a igni-power no knock sensor

i ran fuel pressure all the way up to 75 psi base to see if teh stock 48's could do it and after about 16 psi afr went up to
14+ so i gave up and ordered 80's. 60's might get you there but i wanted to be sure thats why i went with 80's, plus they were the same price as 60's. it got cold here and i got busy so i havent had a chance to test the tune vtech sent me for 80's. hopefully this week i will be able to, afr looks ok on the trailer but who knows until its under a load.

With Bosch 55's during the summer I run 42base and when its cooler 46lbs base. Highest fuel pressure I have seen was 62lbs @9k and close to 17lbs boost with my older ET 140 from the rising rate. As soon as I get my motor back together I will make a run with my new charger.

so basically if at WOT and fuel pressure turned up and you start to run lean, then your injectors need to be bigger to handle the fuel needed correct?
I am stuck in limited class and can't use any injector bigger that 48's, what rpm should I tune for with a Et-137 wheel?
