    Fizzle H.E. Intercooler Kit for the 2012 RXP-X 260

I'm pleased to announce that the Fizzle High Efficiency Intercooler Kit is compatible with the 2012 RXP-X 260. This is the complete setup that includes all piping and the heavy duty mounting bracket setup. Installation requires the removal of the stock exhaust resonator. As a reference point, this intercooler typically produces AIT's 30-40 degrees F lower than the type 3 style intercooler, outperforms the 2008 OEM X intercooler, and produces similar peak AIT's as the Riva Gen 3 intercooler. My apologies to all that have waited so long for confirmation that the kit is compatible with the 2012 RXP-X 260. The OE piping can be modified (shortened, adapter to match size of OE hoses to 2.75" IC inlet/outlet) to fit this intercooler if you are fixed on using the stock intercooler placement and mount/plumbing. If you plan to modify the OE piping to fit this intercooler then all you need is the Fizzle Intercooler Upgrade Kit.

Why is it relocated? With new piping won't it fit in the original location?

For best performance you want to get the runs as short as possible, the stock location uses long hoses for the boost.

Cleans the engine bay up too.

    Nice work Fizz

Nor would any replacement intercooler be. Unless it was direct BRP replacement. In LTD you can increase/change the ICer so long as its surface area is not over a certain % larger sot sure on the boost pipes without going to the rule book. Think they can be change also.
