    MILD 2008 RXT-X Build

Over the winter, I'm going to do a few upgrades. I'll post pics of progress as it goes.

    2008 RXT-X, 44 hours

    Already have:
    Riva XX Charger
    Solas 15/20r (pitched as necessary)
    Riva water box w/rude tip
    RIVA opas block offs
    2* wedge
    Intercooler filter

    Still need to buy:
    48 lb injectors
    RRFPR
    Wideband
    Boost gauge
    750GPH Bilge bump
    Pump tunnel reinforcement
New carbon seal with the Speedfreaksracing band

    Additional recomendations:
    Adjustable nozzle(83mm)
    Thermostat
    Intercooler relocation

I will be selling the stock X-charger, stock T-X impeller in like new condition, and the stock injectors... $650 shipped. PM me if interested.

I'm considering the intercooler relocation kit, but I don't feel like spending $500 on it. If anyone is selling one used, let me know lol.

Dont get the xx charger if your not going to do a relocation kit. Those stock hoses are garbage look like a ninety year old sucking a thick shake through a coffee stirrer. Another thing Get the et Upgrade( ET 137 X 4mm BILLET WHEEL with 4mm Spacer 15 PSI)
and just upgrade your exsisting xcharger blow that xx charger out the water.

Well, I own the XX charger. It has 18 hours on it, and I got it for less than it would cost to just replace the wheel. That's why I will be selling the X-charger whole. This is going to be a very budget minded build for what it is. Not top of the line parts, and only things that are necessary. No ECU, and no valvetrain upgrades this time around. I usually don't keep stuff for more than a year, so we will see how I feel about this ski next fall LOL.

Having had a 2008 T-X that had pump tunnel cracking episodes twice, I would move the pump tunnel repair to #1 on the list! I suggest you remove the grate and do a very thorough inspection of the tunnel for stress cracks.

There was a production run of several ski's that had weak pump tunnels. Several of us on this forum had catastrophic failures and almost sank our ski's, others had zero issues with it. I know a few guys that reinforced the tunnel for piece of mind and have had only minor stress cracks that have not grown.

Mine was so bad I put a light inside the hull, and could go under the ski look into the tunnel and see light through the cracks!!!!

Do a search for this topic, as there is a lot of information posted about it.
