Jesus my toolbox is hardly even worth mentioning following those two last posts.

But I am getting good ideas how to organize individual drawers. My only really organized drawer is for my open-ended wrenches which have the foam cutouts for each individual size.
My soldering drawer is COMPLETE clusterf*ck, followed by screwdrivers/pliers/cutters drawer is the next messiest, than sockets/ratchets.

Good way to do this is glue a thin dark colour foam on top of a lighter colour, thicker piece of foam then cut out the shape. This will tell you when a tool is missing from it's spot easily.
