VX110 wont run with cam sensor plugged in
I have a 2011 vx110 that wont start with the cam sensor plugged in but runs just fine unplugged. If I start the ski and then plug it in it shuts off.
I believe it thinks its out of time but I have confirmed the timing is correct.
I have changed or swapped the sensor and ecu. I also have changed the position of the sensor but as soon as it registers it shuts off
at this point the ski is running with the sensor unplugged tape over the warning light and the beeper unplugged.. lol
Any suggestions appreciated thanks.

Time to break out an ohm meter.

Its seeing the cam because it runs if the sensor is out a little bit, but the check engine light comes on and if I slowly push it in, where it should be, it shuts down
If I try to start it with the sensor in, it sparks one time and thats it
I should add This is a new aftermarket engine and it did this sense the install but now has over 75 hrs unplugged. I even changed the valve cover speculating it was slightly off center... Nope
