Rebuilt 2004 XLT 1200 Break in question

I just did a top end rebuild on a 2004 XLT 1200. Leakdown test passed with flying colors. since it is October I was thinking of just putting it back together and storing it for the winter. What Im not sure about is if I need to break it in first or will it be ok to just put it away till spring and then start it up and break her in. Does anyone have any advice for me? Im wondering if it sitting over the winter without being ran and broke in properley with have any negative effects on the rebuild??

    Thanks,

    Cisco

I don't think so, if anything it might winter better since there is no water in the cooling lines and there is oil on everything from the rebuild
