New Parts for 250X from R&D!
Ultra 250 Deep Fuel Pickup - Now Available
The R&D Deep Fuel Pickup is designed to maximize fuel volume. The stock fuel pickup is located horizontally in the gas tank three inches above the bottom of the tank. This leaves approximately 5 gallons of unusable fuel in the bottom of the tank. The R&D Deep Fuel Pickup relocates the stock fuel pickup to the bottom of the tank in a vertical position. The new positioning allows for 24 percent more riding time per tank of gas. An absolute must for offshore racing.
Pt. # 801-25100
Enjoy boys! TCR

I wouldn't want to be the gunia pig for the R&D stuff. They have had some turds in the past. It's hard to believe that Kawi puts in a 20+ gallon fuel tank and 5 gallons are not usable....makes the gas capacity equal to about what the smaller tank skis carry. Hauling around 30 lbs of fuel that can't be burned ?? Doesn't add up !!

My STXR 13 gal tank could only hold 11 gallons and always left a gallon on the bottom when empty giving me 10 gals to run on.
I dont put it past Kawi to shorten the fuel pick up.
Oh and you let us nuts go giunie the stuff for ya. Ill report about all the goods and the bads for ya. If its availible then Ill test it.
Im on a mission. To prove to one guy who brought down an entire Forum that he dont know sh1t. Im no longer going to talk it, Im just gonna deliver it.
