Easiest way to remove Power Cooler.

I'm trying to remove my power cooler from my ski. I didn't install it so I'm not to sure how to undo what some else did. What's the easiest process in removing this interccoler. I removed the 2 bolts that are on the engine and I'm stuck on what to do now.

remove hoses on front of cooler there are three bolts that hold the thing up two bolts that mount the cooler to the bracket remove all five and the sc , theres two cables that run around the cooler steering and reverse they are strapped to the wall those cables will be your biggest hindrance when reinstalling the cooler

The two bolts that are mounting the cooler to the bracket aren't coming out. They're just spinning. Is there a nut below the bolts below the cooler that I can't see or do I just need to keep turning. Also how do I get to third stud that is mounted to the engine. I can't see to get that one either. Thanks.

yes, m8 nuts(fender washers) on bottom of bolts. 12mm I believe.

Here's a pic from riva of the bottom stud mount location. you can get to it with a socket extension with swivel. M10 nut(washer) should be 14mm.

Here's a link to riva's IC install instructions with pics. Can be just as helpful with removal. especially, if you didn't install the IC yourself.

Guys I got out everything except one bolt that mounts the bracket to the cooler. The U that goes from the s/c to the i/c is blocking the bolt from coming out. Also do I need to remove the intake manifold to take off the hose from the i/c to TB ?

No need to take off manifold. you can reach down in between manifold and hull and feel the clamps. You'll be working blind though. Installing that hose blind was a bitch.

here's a riva pic to give you an idea of what it looks like down there

Ok thanks. So here's the big problem I'm having. I got of the engine stud bolt and one of the bolts that hold the bracket to the i/c but the one furthest up front in the hull will not pass under the upside down U from the s/c to i/c. Did you have this problem as well ? Thanks for the info and bearing with my noob questions. It's greatly appreciated.
