    MACC Sponsons

    OK you winter guy that have put up your skis for the year, i'm llooking to borrow a set of macc cponsons to try out before i lay out $500. on a set !!!!! of course, if i damage them in anyway or sort, i will replace them with a new set !!!!!! somethings got to work better than the OEM or riva sponsons !!!!!!

    Yeah, if you want to turn hard, just get them. I've got a pair on the kiddo's ski and she loves them. They are too aggressive for me personally these days. When I was younger and thinner, I would have loved them though

    Jarret, younger don't matter! Thinner...maybe but we are all still nuts ! I guess these maccs will be my Christmas present to myself!

    Is the backing plate adjustable up and down?

    I know there is an adjustable trim tab on the back that I left in the up position, but I don't remember there being optional mounting angles for the backing plate when I installed them. Adding them didn't affect the bounce if that is what you are wondering.

    No, the backing plate is only adjustable front to rear. Then the blades have four mounting locations: up/down & front/rear.
