    I Washed My Crank Today!!!!

I pulled out the old 650 out from under the bench. Getting it ready for a rebuild and convert to A lightly ported 750 as a spare. After disassemble I found some horsepower Boyesen Pro Reeds. Then I cleaned up all parts. Dropped the crank in the lower case. Applied some 1211 to the upper case half and tourqued all bolts with 242. Now if I can get the cylinders from the Redneck I will be in buisness. If any one has some heads for a 750 I am looking.

I've thought about this before, and you would be the one who could pull it off, oh great machining wizard! Can you "cut" a 650 and make it a 750? Or at the least, I have 2 heads that were "peppered" when the piston let loose you can have for free.

according to wiseco's cart the max on the 650's is a 2.oomm overbore wich will only give you 685cc. Check out there chart, Good info.

Sound good the me. A 650 can be made into a 750 head. you just need to cut the od for the bore size and maintain squish(sp) angel.

The 650 has Less cc, wich would raise the compression. Has anyone expermited with this? I have a set of 650's and 780's, I am planning on doing some expermiting this spring.

Yes compression is raised, but the squish needs to be maintained.

So Beerdart, do you want the "peppered" heads? Your post wasn't clear.

Ok, send me your address in a PM again. I just deleted my mail after you confirmed the 94 stator worked with the PRO CDI.
