Two of the engines havent been work on yet I know to check them now but what about every other engine out there. Is this going to be a recall issue any bulletins from the dealer. Talk to couple of people had their skis back at dealer with less. Than one hour with same issue

I think in the 08 SHO models they had a recall on the flywheel, I believe it was bolts coming loose but i may be wrong.

What was the ski doing the engine was not turning over or lost spark.

Well one broke. Took another engine apart to check bolts were loose and had marks from flywheel hitting. So took another one apart and same thing no running problem with any of them. And the one that broke there was no warning. No start after one riding on lake

All 6 were loose put an allen socket and turned out by hand with no effort.
No ratles no noise just take bolts out and they look worn were the flywheel is being hitting

replace with better grade...forgot the grade but like jim said use red loctite and make sure the bolt is a bolt head not a hex/allen head. i have lots of them i ordered from mcmaster if you need any let me know I bought a box of 50. this platform has a problem with seperation there also...
