Please also post where I can buy it!
Nothing spicy please because the wife won't eat it.

I use Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning; very good on ribeyes, pot roast, burgers,
get it any grocery store; just sprinkle it on liberally about a half hour before grilling and get ready for a burst of flavor; it's not spicy like hot though, just has a totally unique flavor.

Thats a good one. I have used it in the past, but now it is my backup. I have been using Saltgrass 7 from Saltgrass steak house. I use it on ribs, chicken and of course steak. My wife is the same way, she does not like spicy, but she loves this stuff.

Try this on pork or chicken:

    1 tblsp salt
    1 tblsp pepper
    1 tblsp garlic salt
    1/2 tblsp onion salt
    1/2 tblsp ground oregano
    1/8 tblsp cayenne pepper

Mix it up real good, rub it on, then grill. And then:

    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup molasses
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tblsp mustard
    1/8 tspn cayenne pepper

Makes great BB-Que sauce. Better than any bottle. You can double whatever and make more. Fridgerate what BBque sauce you don't use and it'll keep.

The McCormicks black peppercorn and garlic good for tri-tip. Mix it up and rub it on meat real good and refrigerate overnight covered or wrapped in plastic or in a freezer bag.
