Great post. Thanks for that. So the STXR handles better but the ultra has better take off and mid range? Did I understand that correctly. I have an STXR with all the stuff you mentioned our buddy has (plus more) and am trying to get a mental comparision.

Great write-up. Post it here too. Lighter rider, and lower altitude is making some good numbers.
So as I dropped the throttle I heard Hydro in far distance reminding me about the off throttle delay in RPM’s. It was defiantly there.

I'm wondering about a rideplate too. I'm thinking getting the nose up for entry into the bouy is going to make a huge difference...and a splash deflector!
