    ET-137 intercooler question

I am using a 08 X Ski model intercooler, will this intercooler be able to keep it cool with the ET-137 wheel?
I want to keep the ski in Limited Class, and I have some limitations,
It seemed to keep up this past race season in Texas,
I am doing some winter mods and thought I would ask,

The 08 X I/C is a great I/C just can't take high water pressure. You maybe ok, if you route your water lines like a 08 RXPX. You could reinforce the front and back of the 08 I/C for extra insurance.

I am going to a mid pipe exhaust set up, I am going to change out the intercooler hoses to the rigid aluminum, going free flow exhaust(but I have to use the stock exit) noble racing shaft bearing set up, I have the Rotax racing ecu and I am going to raise the rev limiter up to 8900, riva racing exit nozzle with the largest ring available,
that is the first bit of winter mods,
I have been running the 08 water routing, and I drilled out the yellow washer in the pump plate, but just slightly, I have the bleed mod to flow overboard with a pisser, I ran close to 80 this past year and it kept up pretty well,

I ran a XXX SCer all last year on a basically stock 09 RXPX just RIVA valvetrain kit, springs, retainers, seats with 9.5K rev limit. Just pulled the engine last spring and put it in my conversion.

Are you running the stock PX tee off the pump to I/C? The tee reduces volume and pressure to the I/C.

I didnt think your were allowed to modify the exhaust other then to remove the resinator in LTD, might be worth just checking before you do the exhaust changes.

Your local rules might be different from IJSBA, although they never actually brought out a 2012 rule book anyhow....
