    Mid pipe alignment to waterbox?

I am installing a mid-pipe set up on my 06 RXP,
any Do's or Don'ts for alignment to the waterbox?
Just try and aim for straight down the waterbox tube?

Leave everything loose till you get the proper fit, also look at the rubber boot that connects the mid pipe to the waterbox, there should be a groove on it,that groove should go towards the SCer so that way the Scer doesnt rub on the boot....once you have the groove on the boot aligned and everything seems straight, tighten it up slowly starting at the midpipe all the way back to the outlet...

When aligning as sno indicated I try to keep the mid pipe coupler barely off the super charger.
That way you can pull the charger easier and also no rubbing of coupler on the sc housing.
You do this by rotation of the midpipe.
