PLS. Help me choose a crankshaft Polaris Virage TX 1200.
Hi, i have a jetski - Polaris Virage TX 1200 Carb 2001 year.
Need a replacement crankshaft bearing, they are defective.
In Russia it is impossible to guarantee the success of this operation, so I decided to replace the crankshaft.
I chose the products WSM.
But I can not select the crankshaft for his motorcycle. What is the difference between 010-1038 and 010-1038-01? Please tell me what is the difference between the crankshaft.
Maybe someone that is crankshaft that I could buy?
Photo of my crankshaft:
The photo shows welding, why not be able to repair the crankshaft

Hello The crankshaft that you have is the older one the 010-1038 is the one you need. The difference is only a snap ring on the inner bearing number 1 cylinder and a different rear seal. All cranks are rebuild-able even if welded and so you know all 1200 cranks are the same the only difference is that clipped bearing. When I sell a customer a crank unless they know for sure what year I sell them the newer crank if they have to they can take off the clip Bolts right in.
