2000 Genesis won't turn over Display is working

Hi I'm new to the forum I've had this ski since new It was riding a couple of months ago, no problems Today went to start it and when I pushed the start button nothing happened no sound from starter no nothing.
The display is on but it doesn't recycle and show the voltage or hours etc, it just shows unlocked the tach and the fuel and oil levels

The battery is fairly new and plugged into a battery tender trickle charger.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks
    Randy

My initial guess, presuming the battery is good, is that the Start/Stop module has failed.

See my signature links for how to bypass the LR Start/Stop module for testing. There were several updates and revisions of those modules over the years.

Other common failure points include the original black starter solenoid.

Thanks for the reply where is the LR-505 located? Also I'm 6 hours away from the ski so I wanted to order the solenoid before I head that way.

I didn't try to jump the terminals of the solenoid nor did I think to try to start with the lanyard out.

Also thr bilge pump does run when you push the bilge pump button
    Thanks
    Randy

The LR module will be inside the electrical box. The 2000 Genesis has one or two electrical boxes (I did not check the manual). If two boxes exist, one may be tucked/hidden up front below the steering area.

Should be 2. one at the right front of the engine with the ign. stuff & one mounted to the back of the access panel that is in the front storage area. you will need to remove the screws & pull off the cover & the box should be mounted to the cover itself.
