I have fixed a large chunk from mine. Gel coat needs hardener so you probably will not find in a spray. Mix small batchs at a time, fill and repeat until it is slightly above the original. Sand and buff. 2 years on my patch job and still 100%

I picked some up from a local plastic and fiberglass fab shop. They gave me a small bottle of gel coat and a bottle of hardener. It's very simple. Deppending on the size of the area, mine was about 1 1/2" round, mix about 5 parts gel coat to one part hardener. Prep the surface by sanding, 120 grit, and remove all lose pieces. Mix and i used a small paint brush. Hardens FAST!! Keep repeating these steps until the required thickness is acheived. Sand smooth, and get into 400 grit + wet sand and buff. Your done! 2 years with mine and still looks like the day i did it.

Actually there is one company that produces Gelcoat in a spray can, below is a link to my database third page at the top, minicraft of Flordia, the database is free for anyone to use , you do not have to sign up to the site to use it.Pretty much every composite supplier I could find is in that database, however Minicraft is the only one with spray can gelcoat.

I have a project thread that I did some gel coat repairs that has before and after pics. Just look for my thread in the Seadoo projects section.

I used the evercoat gelcoat repair kit. I mixed the colors a little wrong so don't pay any mind to that.

Contact the supplier and see what the un number is that should tell you about the shipping. You can ship aerosol cans sometimes you would need to have Hazerdous paper work.
