    Engine knock

Hi I have a 900zxi it stopped firing the last ride at first I thought that the CID might have died ,after an hour or so it started up but had a nock in the engine .i took the top of
The flam supposed and it looked as if the engine had taken in water .the moter runs fine I don,t think it is Moters damage have you any ideas could it be intake valves.
