    exhaust mid pipe clamp size

    Keep blowing it off. Anyone got a caliper handy or know the diameter off hand? is it 3" diameter? Looking at this http://www.ebay.com/itm/1PC-2-75-70m...49eba4&vxp=mtr

    the 08 and up mid pipe hose is 4"diameter,

    i dont understand how you could blow that off, its jammed between the water box and mid pipe

    Also really should not have any pressure on it unless thee exit is blocked somewhere.

    Okay I used the wrong terminology there. It's the top clamp on the J-pipe that's going into the waterbox. Blow it off every other outting when I go WOT. There's nothing like a 70mph+ nose dive when it kills the ski due to H-Temp.

    junk hose or just add some high temp silicone

    I have a silicon coupler but the hose clamp is blowing off. I'm looking for the diameter of the J-Pipe so I can t-bolt it. It would save me from buying a caliper.

    Are you speaking about where the J pipe enters the water box?
    I am pretty sure that the ID is 2.5 inches, and you would need aprox 2.75 inch clamp.
    3 inch would be too big from what i recall.

    What kind of clamp are you using now??

    that's it!! Stock hose clamp.

    Hose is 2 3/4.
    Hose on J pipe Measures right at 3 inch so need clamp for right under 3 inch or 75 m.
