    Is this riva xx still good

    Hi Guy's!

    Just baught a used riva xx and decided to install new bearings and seal before dropping it in my machine. When i removed the front cover I found that it had a touchdown.
    Is this still reusable or junk??

    Yes, that is minor and happens on alot of wheels. But ofcoarse when was it last rebuilt? Maybe tome for a rebuild?

    You guy's are making me a happy man. I would have to hate to go trough a dispute with the seller.
    According to the seller, it has only 14 hours.
    My local sea-doo dealership is able to order bearings separatly and I'm also able to get the viton seal localy, clutch was ok at 12lbs but I might try to get it a little higher.

    Another question: Would all those marks unbalance the wheel and cause more damages??

    No,they do not unbalance the wheel!It seems that it lost its anodise at these points!Nothing to worry about!!!

    I have also just ordered new seadoo bearings and a viton seal on rebuilds before. All have been good to me. I have even used the skf bearings, but have since gone back to the original OEM seadoo bearings as IMO the skf were haveing issue's for me failing early.
