    Supercharged shaft washer problem

    Hi guys my supercharged shaft broke right on the nut that is on the nose of the wheel because i could take it off and i was inspecting the bearings found out that of the washers inside that has like a cone i will show in the pictures i don't know what's the name it was completely destroy in pieces i took a pic of the biggest part of it so i see where i can get a replacement. it looks like the one that holds the wheel so it can rotate.

    If that broke in pieces like that the plate on top of that were it rides is no good either.

    No the plate on top of that is good its weird it broke in little pieces after taking it off

    Hi. That's the thrust bush... Put in a r&d rebuild kit, it's got a new design thrust bush and is much better. I will need some machining from a local machine shop though

    Thank you so much I think I'm going to put it back together and take it to dealer for warranty..

    But i have no idea what to tell dealer so they can check supercharger because back plate is burned inside plate trmhrust and all of thatvis burned too

    Good luck with that.....hope they fix it for ya......i do not recommend modifying a ski and getting a extended war.....if you don't want it to fail don't mod it......I'd put Riva parts on it and take it to them...there more lenient on stuff like that

    Well i got it from riva and always put riva parts and riva told me if something fail they dont care if i have intake as long as is from riva they will stand behind their parts but i got to take inly to riva dealership.. but dont know to aproach to them yo check the supercharger inside i dont know if to tell them that hear noise any advice
