    300X crankshafts

We are going to have big news on 300X crankshafts this spring. I will post it first on this forum.

Stroker crank to increase the cubic capacity, see how low the pistons are in the bores on a standard 300x ???

Honestly it would be cool to have but the stroke is so long on this motor already, I would love to see some offset bore cylinders and an 86-87mm bore with a stock or -3mm stroke to spin it up higher.

My guess is a stronger crank to prevent twist...to help keep the timing true for the #1 cylinder when the boat hooks back up from extended air time...so we can stop burning up the #1 cylinder...

    Just a guess...

Has anyone actually twisted one? I don't know of any.

Not letting any cats out of the bag, but I will just say we don't build anything there is not a need for.

Honestly I would just like to hear the damage, all too often people come on the Kawi side saying you NEED something without showing proof or even explaining why. I'm not questioning you I'm just saying I don't know of a Kawi crank failure. You would have to run one hell of a pump and motor and really be ruthless on the motor while hooking and unhooking to twist the shaft and I'd guess something else would give first. If it were that violent it would leave marks on the coupler.
