Yes it's fuel injected. I had an '01 and it took all the beatings I could give it.

The only problem I had was the gasket between the powerhead and jet pump went bad. There is an updated part that works better.

I had a Speedster (smaller hull). speed was 58.6mph. It turned better than any ski I've ridden and jumped out of the hole w/ 7.5" jet drive.

A 2000 in great shape should be ~$9K. If you have a family it's a must.

I just called him he said it starts up runs for 3 sec and cuts off and then it will start back up and do it again i have seen the key switch go bad so when you are cranking it it has spark and starts up then when you let go of the key it cuts the spark.

If it is the key switch it is a 1/2 hour job and a $40 part. From the pics it looks good and the price is right.
