maybe we can get it for something like $400 if we do a group buy? Is that even a possibility?

BTW, dows the steering setup come with EVERYTHING needed or just the steering column then we have to go out get bars, triggers, grips etc.?

Am I missing something? I see 430 for the fat bar option and 392 for standard bars.

For $200, I'll have bearings installed into my stock tilt steering, and have best of both worlds. I don't have a CLUE how, but giving up the tilt steering, and taking a huge hit to the wallet makes no sense.

If this would have been CLOSE to the other systems, at least it would make sense.

I guess what I'm seeing is the "old" Ultra steering on their site then.

So is that without bars, finger throttle, electrical boxes, etc...just the steering assembly and off throttle bracket?

If so that's outrageous but if it was a package of everything that would be fairly reasonable...

I know I bought EVERYTHING for just a hair over $600 new for my RXP...

Show us what? Is that your new UMI steering?

I think the stock one, with pressed bearings, then powdercoated to match the ski will look good, and retain the tilt, and tighten up the wobble.

    Whadda ya think?

I figure about $200 should do the trick. The bearings that UMI uses are $15 atv axle bearings. Some welding and piping probably a $100 or so. Powdercoatings pretty cheap?
