    BeWo jacketed header

    Hi Green Hulk

I like this project especially your very clean work.

No question, this Turbomanifold must be water cooled because otherwise is it to dangerous.

I know it's a really hard work to make a fully water cooled system which can produces a top performance.

Is a very long way to develop it

Maybe I can give you some ideas to make properly.

What you can see on the pictures, is just the first stage of a total of 4 levels from today.

The pictures are from year 2010.

Thats´s old school technology, that´s why I can publish it.

that wastegate enters the watercooled turbine housing to cool down then leaves as a separate pipe it does not join the turbo down pipe. this guy knows what he is doing he is an engineer. you got to see his latest creation. it blows this older design away.

You do fantastic work. I moved your posts here as I think this creation is deserving it's own thread.

What is the full spec on the Seadoo XP please?

Looks like a kawasaki 15f engine with throttle bodies?

Any more pictures of the engine installation please?
