Cool rear boarding ladder dealers are replacing

I've got 2 new rxtx 260's and they both have rear ladders that have broken.
The brackets that hold the ladder to the ski have dried out and 1 side broke on both skis.
I took the skis to my local dealer and they just got in a bulletin to replace the brackets for free.
Just wanted to pass it on to everyone because I know there are others with broken ladders out there.

Anyone have a copy of the bulletin to share - PDF? Which skis (model(s) / year(s)) are affected?

    Thanks.

It will only be fixed if yours is broken/damaged...They will not replace it to replace it....2009-2012

Thanks for passing this along. Glad you are being taken care of. Any photos to share showing the issue so we know what to look for?
    Thanks.

I will take some pics later today and post them.
It's the bracket that hooks to the u shaped bar that has broken on my skis.
The bracket has faded and dried out which caused it to break when pressure was applied.
