    bad bearings

    got case pulled apart and came across the bearings looking like this.... ill post more pics in the AM of the crank it self
    is the sbt kit just a kit of different sizes bearings? http://www.shopsbt.com/sea-2005-drxp/23-112-4K.html

    is that the back side of the bearing ???? i'd be more concerned about the crank journal surface of the bearing....

    Yeah that the backside that does diddly. Flip it over we need to see journal side thats whats important. That's the main bearing kit( looks like crank main counterbalnce shafts all bottom case snap in's. I dont see in picture thrust bearings rod bearings but I have never bought sbt I always went Oem more money better parts.

    Stick with the OEM bearings,you wont be sorry....SBT is a cheap way out and bearings,IMO are not something you want to be cheap on...

    Im betting that engine has either been rebuilt before or its a sbt engine cause those bearings dont look Oem to me. I definately Have that journal Miced. That thrust washer is thrashed (Looks like a mushroom) thats some serious end play looked like it walked your crank and the bottom Case some as well.

    The owner before me had sc failure and oil pumps failed so motor got starved of oil..

    Here Ya go thank me later, sell off what you dont need 32 Hour motor and this is a 2006 with a supercharger Heads,starter,lol.. all in Florida I be you can get him down to 2300 then sell off some of your stuff Like your cylinder Head exhaust pto Flywheel and bingo your set around 1500 drop in you cant rebuild yours cheaper not to mention that motor is rough
