    My setup

This was my trial set up. I bent up the pole holder out of 2.5" exhaust pipe and welded it ( only cost 20$) proved to work so im going to stick with it. I used it approx 10x out in the ocean, and had 0 problems. I am dropping off the rod holder and cooler rack at the marina on Wednesday. He is going to make the rocket launchers a little different and bend them out of 2" ss. he is also going to make the cooler rack out of 1" ss , and minimize pipe.
i will post pics when I get ss rack

Nice. Looks like it can be removed so you can do some recreational riding as well. Very simple but functional.

Sweet man! Yeah I built a similar rig, but I'm about to go up to Fort Lauderdale to have some aluminum trolling rod holders placed over the handle bars. For sure man hit me up! I sent a PM with my email address, so lets do this!

I love the idea of mocking it up out of cheaper materials so you can tweak the design for the final SS setup. Did you get the exhaust pipe at a metal supplier or at a specialty shop? Looking forward to getting this ready for the spring.

I have a welder . I had exhaust put on my truck , so I asked about any spare pipe.. He gave me a scrap for 20$. I cut it rough at. A 45* and he bent up the one piece I needed bent. If I could galvanize it. I would.

Good idea. I have a buddy of mine that just used exhaust tube to mock up his roll cage. I am going to hit him up for some of the extra he has laying around. Thanks for the tip.
