    94 Polaris SLT 750 - Piston replacement

Had a hole in the first piston (shocking, right?) so I pulled the engine and I'm rebuilding the carbs while I'm at it. While looking at the second piston I noticed a tiny hairline crack on the side. Do you think this requires immediate replacement? Thanks for any help!

I would replace it if it were mine.

    Welcome to the Hulk!!!
I would replace it as Bryan said... Or you could just wait until it blows apart and takes out a cylinder, head, rod, crankshaft and bottom end......

    Welcome to the site.

    I agree ^^^^^^^

Hairline crack means it's ready to break off and run through the engine causing more damage. Best to address it now.
