Motor Cranks or Turn over but wont start !!!!

After puting the motor back into the hull and installing the new Athena ECU the motor cranks or turn over but wont start. Checked all plugs = connected, Battery is fully charged, Checked spark #1 has good spark #2 very very low spark #3 very very low spark #4 good spark. Engine has no oil because i was just trying to get a start it the put fresh oil on it. Fuel pump working. i noticed something that could be a problem, i tried disconnecting the fuel hose and when disconnecting there was a lot of pressure on the fuel rail, Hose sprayed gas with lots of pressure. idk how to test if the injectors are working or not. Thanks in advance

The hose that connects to the fuel rail should be under pressure, mine also shot gas everywhere when disconnecting.

+1 mine is always under pressure when I disconnect it. Try putting back in the stock ECU and see if it starts.

You don't want the engine to start with no oil.
Put oil in and try again.

There is a small white plug......I believe goes to the crank sensor......by dipstick tube, its with a green connector.......check those plugs easy to miss

i believe fuel system is returnless and always under lots of pressure.check your fuel gauge while firing and make sure pressure stays constant and that the fuel lines are routed right.you can cross check the injectors with an ohm meter on the resistance setting with one lead on each of the pins on the injector.i dont know what the reading would be on these motors but they should all read nearly the same.make sure your blow off valve is near your throttle body and opening while your trying to fire.another thing i would try is with everything hooked up lift the fuel rail and make sure the injectors are spraying while turning the motor over.my instinct tells me a weak spark or clogged injector isnt going to keep the motor from atleast stumbling to life for a few seconds.if it doesnt even sound like its coming on its something that influences the engine as a whole like power ground a sensor a large vacuum leak or fuel pressure.if all else fails hook up the stock ecu and try that out.if you can post up a video of you trying to fire it so we can hear what it sounds like.youll figure it out just retrace your steps good luck !
