    This is after ethanol ~25 hours.

    Thoughts?

    Why did you pull the head pistons look good to me. I would do two things straight edge the block and walk each piston to tdc and measure distance of top of piston to deck at tdc. Only for precaution and maintainance.

    What do you guys think of how much carbon/wash is on it from ethanol?

    It was on its way for a long time... (Even before tuning)
    I guess when I overheated the exhaust in Western Port bay (Broke water inlet pipe from a really nasty landing)... Probably 60 hours ago.

    Its been loosing coolant from that and from a crack in the water bottle... (Probably all associated from the 1 over heat event)

    Do you have picture of the head? I see something on the rear piston.

    Since You Over Heated It straight edge Your Head while Its out. Or Have you Thought about having it Pressure Tested?
