so got a massive rock stuck in the impellor, completely seized it up
does anyone have the workshop manual on line, and how hard is it to pull the pum out ?
will the impellor stay there ?

Impeller and shaft comes out with the pump. Do a Google search for the impeller removal and should find the information there. Only basic tools are needed. The pump will have to be pulled apart as there is some sealant holding it to the transom plate. There are tabs to be used as pry points between the pump and the transom plate.
