i will recommend to check for hose clogged and also check on the strainner. the pump strainer i have seen many ppl installing this the wrong way. you may wanna check that. otherwise check all your water line for possible clogged weed, sand, rocks anything.

Robbie i'm not sure how the riva cooling works
but most of us up here in Qld with modded skis run the cooling as follows
extra line from pump through hull and to intercooler water from intercooler exits hull (you may need to run this to your cooled charger)
stock 4 way splitter changed to a 3 way
stock pisser used to send water through hull and into the motor at the underside of the exhaust manifold
a block off is put on the 4 way that sends a hose to that location normaly
cooling generaly stays around 65 deg.
it will climb slowly if you do an extended wot run
the thermostat doesn't need to be removed most of time
although some of the guy's have removed theirs

    Sho cooling

One ski I know of still got over 100 deg in b2b using that cooling and thermostat removed
Half hour at wot is a long time
At mile an hour less than his speed you will be on it for near 40 mins
