    Fuel hose wrong

I ordered the fuel hose for my 2000 xl 1200 that runs from the fuel filter to the carbs, part number 90445-11M71-00. When I went to install it I notice it is too short. I re-checked and the 1999 and 2000 both show that part number. So I checked a 2001 xlt1200 and it shows part number 90445-11019-00. Has anyone else run into this lately?

Did you get a chance to measure your fuel hose? If I could find one that is about the length or longer I would order it? Don't know the length of the part for the 2001 or I would go ahead and order that one.
