I know in the performance world it's Mikuni, probably due to the larger sizes available. Since the "pro's" have the time into the Mikuni and have performed the ground work, tech support, parts, different models and ideas, etc. I would imagine it would be hard to go any othe direction other than Mikuni in the PWC 2 stroke world.

    Taste great or Less filling?

If you are looking for better mileage, then Keihin.

True, the Mikuni's are thirsty but then again nobody said performance was cheap.
