Welcome Tommy. Did it come with a seat?

See my signature links for some common items you will want to pay attention to.

If that hood has the plastic hinge, there was a safety bulletin issued. The plastic hood hinge can fail at speed and injure the rider, so there is a retrofit safety cable that prevents the hood from flying off.

How fast do you want to go, and how much do you want to spend?

The Polaris twin 700 is considered to be a fairly nice motor, even stock. Of course there is more power possible, all depends on what you want to end up with.

Polaris also made a three cylinder version of that engine which of course has more stock power than the twin. The bigger motor can be retro fitted into the 700 hull, if you want to go that route. Polaris called the bigger motor version an SLX.
